Removal of skin lesions or mole is performed for oncological and aesthetic reasons. The lesions should be cut out so that the scar remaining after their removal is almost invisible or as little visible as possible. These procedures are performed under local anesthesia. Large defects after the excision of oncological lesions usually require skin grafts or plastic flaps.
