§1 General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing appointment bookings, payments, appointment cancellations, and the rights and obligations of the Client and MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery.
2. By making an appointment booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Appointment Booking
1. Appointments may be booked in person, by telephone, SMS, online messaging applications, or by any other booking method made available by MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery.
2. An appointment booking is considered provisional until it has been confirmed by MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery.
3. MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery reserves the right to require a deposit or an advance payment before confirming an appointment.
4. The amount of the deposit or advance payment shall be determined individually during the booking process.

§3 Appointment Confirmation
1. Prior to the scheduled appointment, the Client may receive a message requesting confirmation of attendance.
2. The Client is required to confirm the appointment no later than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
3. Failure to confirm the appointment may result in the booking being cancelled without further notice, and the appointment slot may be allocated to another Client.

§4 Deposit and Advance Payment
1. Any deposit or advance payment shall be credited towards the total cost of the service. The current consultation fee is published on the website www.martawilczynska.pl under the Price List section.
2. If the appointment takes place as scheduled, the amount of the deposit or advance payment shall be deducted from the final amount payable.
3. Where the payment referred to in paragraph 1 has been designated by MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery as a deposit, it shall constitute a deposit within the meaning of Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code. Where the payment has been designated as an advance payment, the provisions governing deposits shall not apply, and the rules regarding its refund or retention in the event of cancellation or failure to attend shall be governed by §§5 and 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
4. MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery may require a deposit or advance payment, in particular:
- for high-value services;
- for services requiring an extended appointment time;
- from new Clients;
- from Clients who have previously cancelled appointments or failed to attend scheduled appointments.

§5 Appointment Changes and Cancellations
1. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge provided notice is given at least seven (7) days before the scheduled appointment.
2. Where an appointment is cancelled within the time limit specified in paragraph 1, the deposit or advance payment shall be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to agreement with MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery.
3. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the appointment, failure to confirm the appointment, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment shall result in forfeiture of the deposit or advance payment to MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery as compensation for the reserved appointment time.
4. A single rescheduling made within the time limit specified in §5(1) shall not result in the loss of the deposit or advance payment.

§6 Late Arrival
1. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments.
2. Any delay shall reduce the time available for the service without entitling the Client to any reduction in price.
3. A delay exceeding 15 minutes may result in the service being refused if the delay prevents proper performance of the service or disrupts the schedule of subsequent appointments.
4. In such cases, the provisions applicable to an appointment that has not been cancelled, as set out in §5(3), shall apply.

§7 Clients Who Breach the Booking Policy
1. A Client who has failed to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, or who has failed to confirm an appointment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, may only make future bookings upon payment of an advance payment equal to 100% of the service price.
2. The advance payment referred to in paragraph 1 shall be credited towards the service price and shall be non-refundable if the Client fails to attend the appointment or cancels the appointment less than seven (7) days before the scheduled appointment.
3. MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery reserves the right to refuse future bookings from Clients who repeatedly fail to honour scheduled appointments, breach these Terms and Conditions, or whose conduct interferes with the proper organisation of the Clinic's operations.
4. In justified cases, MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery may require a 100% advance payment from other Clients as well.

§8 Payments
1. Payment for the service shall be made after the service has been provided, unless a deposit or advance payment is required.
2. The following methods of payment are accepted:
- cash;
- BLIK;
- bank transfer (for advance payments).

§9 Cancellation by MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery
1. In exceptional circumstances, MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
2. In such cases, the Client shall be offered an alternative appointment date.
3. If it is not possible to agree on a new appointment date, or if the Client chooses not to proceed with the service, MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery shall refund the deposit or advance payment in the nominal amount (100% of the amount paid).
The Parties agree to exclude the application of the second sentence of Article 394 §1 of the Polish Civil Code (requiring payment of double the deposit) solely where the appointment is cancelled due to circumstances for which neither Party is responsible. In all other cases, Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.

§10 Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication.
2. Any matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
3. MW Clinic Dr Marta Wilczyńska Plastic Surgery reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication.
