Breast uplift with implant

Breast augmentation with lifting is a procedure for two types of patients. Firstly, for those women who lost volume after breastfeeding and at the same time were left with very stretched breast skin that did not shrink enough. I also use augmentation with lifting in patients after a massive weight loss, where there was a reduction and sagging of the breasts. It is most often proposed in the case of breast ptosis III and IV degree. In the case of 1st and 2nd degree descent, we can get lift with the appropriate selection of the implant. In the second degree, in the case of a small implant, it is sometimes also necessary to perform a lift. The procedure is preceded by the selection of the appropriate implant, exactly as it is when selecting an implant for ordinary breast augmentation. Once we have a selected implant, we individually plan the scope of the lifting procedure. It depends on the size of the implant and the amount of excess breast skin. Sometimes it may be enough to simply lift the areola-nipple complex from the peri-areolar incision. In the case of a much larger excess of skin, a "lollipop" or "anchor" incision is used.

Consequences and complications include both groups of procedures, i.e. enlargements and elevations.
